At SUMIREL, each piece is carefully prepared to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing, and cancellation may not be guaranteed.

Production Orders

  • For items that require preparation or production, cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee (10%–20%).

  • Once the order has been completed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Ready-to-ship items can only be canceled within 24 hours before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
