These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SUMIREL website, products, and services. By accessing this website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, before placing an order.

2. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

We may refuse service, restrict access, or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Product Information & Availability

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, materials, sizes, colors, images, and prices accurate.

Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches. Material composition is stated on the product page.

Products offered on this website are ready-to-ship items. We do not offer made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized products.

An item listed for sale is offered subject to available stock. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will email you and cancel that item for a full refund of the amount paid for it.

We may update, limit, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary. Any change does not affect an order already accepted, except where the item is unavailable and we refund it as stated above.

4. Prices, Orders & Payment

The price you pay is the price shown on the product page and at checkout before you place the order. Shipping charges, and any taxes shown at checkout, are displayed before payment.

We do not use countdown timers or invented original prices. If a compare-at price is shown, it is a price at which that item was previously offered by us.

We may change a price or end a promotion at any time. The change does not affect an order already placed.

By placing an order, you confirm that your billing, shipping, and contact details are complete and accurate.

We may refuse, cancel, or review an order where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, unauthorized payment, an obvious pricing error, a payment verification issue, or a stock issue. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak periods or public holidays. If we cannot ship within that time, we will email you before dispatch.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States and Canada: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom and European Union: 7–18 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 8–18 business days
• Other supported destinations: 10–25 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays can add time.

International orders may be charged customs duties, import tax, VAT, or handling fees by the destination country. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, they are paid by the recipient.

6. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted. The customer pays return shipping. Made-to-order exclusions do not apply, because we do not sell made-to-order items.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and website design on this site are owned by Dreamy Vow Limited or used with permission.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use that content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners. Product names used to describe compatibility or style are for description only and do not imply affiliation with those brands.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamy Vow Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from a delay outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity; to submit false information; to interfere with the site; to introduce malicious code; or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

We may restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

A change does not reduce rights that already apply to an order placed before the change, where applicable law does not allow that.
