1. Order Processing Time
Order processing time depends on product availability:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. -
Made-to-order or out-of-stock items:
Orders typically require 5–10 business days for preparation or production before shipment.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country.
Express Shipping

For express shipments, we typically use DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on the destination and logistics availability.
Standard Shipping

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if free or discounted shipping was offered at checkout

Shipping promotions apply to outbound shipping only and do not cover return shipping costs
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Failure to pay customs duties may result in delivery delays, return, or disposal of the package
If a parcel is returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
SUMIREL is not responsible for:

Packages returned due to recipient unavailability

If a package is returned for the reasons above, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

SUMIREL is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier issues, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
