Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At SUMIREL, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odors are not eligible

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless there is a quality issue:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Accessories

  • Flash Sale or promotional items (including Black Friday specials)


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number and the reason for return.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, please:

  • Repack the item using the original packaging

  • Include a product list with the product ID

  • Provide a valid tracking number for the return parcel

We recommend using local postal services such as USPS, which are often more economical.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part

Even if free or discounted shipping was offered at checkout, we still incur the actual shipping cost for each order. Therefore, original shipping fees will not be refunded.


Restocking Fees

  • Returns of 2–3 items (from single or multiple orders) are subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Returns of 4 or more items are subject to a 30% restocking fee

Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Customs & Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs clearance fees

  • We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during the return process

  • If a parcel is lost, destroyed, or returned due to customer-related issues (such as incorrect address, recipient unavailability, incomplete information, or customs delays), and the product cannot be recovered, no refund will be issued

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is completed.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


3. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, preparation or production may begin shortly.

  • Within 24 hours of order placement
    No cancellation fee will be charged. The item price will be refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • More than 24 hours after order placement
    A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the item price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.


4. Policy Updates

SUMIREL reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
