Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

SUMIREL is a brand operated by Dreamy Vow Limited. Please read this policy before you place an order.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
In its original condition, with original tags attached
Free of wear, stains, damage, odors, or alterations
Returned with the original packaging where applicable

We do not sell custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items. Those exclusions do not apply.

Items marked Final Sale on the product page before purchase are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Promotional or discounted items can be returned unless they were marked Final Sale before purchase.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, product name, reason, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will reply with return authorization. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until the refund is completed.

Email us first so we can match the parcel to your order. A return sent without a request may take longer to process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, the customer pays return shipping. Any outbound shipping fee actually paid is not refunded.

If the order qualified for free standard shipping, no outbound shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we pay the reasonable return shipping cost, or we replace or refund it.

5. Refunds

After the return arrives, we inspect it and email you the result.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

An exchange for another size, color, or product must be requested within 30 days of delivery and depends on current stock.

If the replacement is unavailable, we refund the eligible returned item.

The customer pays return shipping for a sizing or preference exchange.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace the item, exchange it, or refund it. We will also cover the reasonable return shipping cost where a return is required.

8. Lost, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Parcels

You are responsible for the delivery address entered at checkout.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect it, contact us. Reshipment requires a new shipping fee. A refund of the item price is available if the parcel is recovered.

If the parcel is lost or damaged by us or the carrier, we replace it or refund the eligible amount.

9. Customs Duties

Destination customs duties, import tax, VAT, or handling fees are paid by the recipient unless checkout says they are included.

Customs fees on a return shipment are paid by the customer, unless the return is caused by our error.

10. Cancellation

If you cancel before the order has shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount paid. There is no cancellation fee.

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return under the 30-day policy after delivery.
